I Ponder as I Wonder

 Day 238       ENABLER

 My child, come with me as I take you on an imaginary journey.  We are walking up a high mountain, and the path is very rocky.  Take My Hand!  I won't let you fall.  A few more steps_____ here we are at the top.  Now, my child, I want you to walk back down by yourself.  I'll be beside you, but you must use the faith feet I have given you.  I am your enabler, no matter what rocky heights you encounter.  I've given you hinds' feet, you were made for adventure like this.  Trust Me. You'll be amazed at the extrodinary feats you can accoumplish with My enabling strength.

My response:    So much depends on our trusting Him.  Seemingly impossible things become simple.  Rocky paths become smooth.  Confusion becomes clarity of purpose.  He is faithful!  His will and His way will come forth.  Like a surfer, ride the crest of the wave.
Don't know why I thought of waves and surfers but it makes a nice picture.

Thank you Lord for being my enabler, the One who pushes me beyound my ordinary limitations.

He is the director of my path.  As I see glimpses of the things He seems to be leading me to I am in awe.  His dreams for me are bigger than anything I could have thought of for myself.  Thank you Father, I am counting on your faithfulness.  Trusting you.
